One of the most important features of each LMS system is the course support system. It helps the students and instructors get in touch. If an instructor turns the “Support” option on the course creation process, this option will be accessible for students so they will be able to send support messages through their panel. The course support conversation is between the student and the instructor but the admin account also can check it through the admin panel. The admin can delete a conversation and reply to it by clicking on the related icons in the “Controls” column in the class support messages list.
